  • The Ark: A paid membership community ($97/month or $777/year) providing access to live weekly builds, a guided AI build path, community access, and direct support from Kevin Unk
  • Strategy Calls: One-time $97 strategy sessions for business owners seeking AI implementation guidance
  • Custom AI Builds: Done-for-you AI system implementation starting at $3,000
  • Free Resources: Downloadable guides and educational content

Membership and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled
  • Annual memberships are billed as a one-time payment for 12 months of access
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Monthly memberships: Cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual memberships: Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your 12-month period.
  • Strategy calls: The $97 fee is credited toward any custom build project if you choose to proceed.
  • Refund policy: If you complete the first module of The Ark and genuinely feel it is not for you, contact us for a full refund. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell membership content, recordings, skills, workflows, or materials without written permission
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity in connection with our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services

Intellectual Property

All content on ai.kevinunk.com — including text, designs, code, videos, workflows, skills, and systems — is the property of Leon Freeman LLC unless otherwise stated. You may use the tools and systems provided within your membership for your own business purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or white-label them without written permission.
